You choose a delivery day and time slot at checkout (10 am – 1 pm or 4 pm – 7 pm). The earliest delivery day is tomorrow.

Yes. A free account lets you track your orders, save addresses and download invoices. You can sign in with Google in one tap, or with your email.

Open My account, then Orders. We also email you when your order is confirmed, when it's out for delivery and when it's delivered.

Cash on delivery: pay by cash or UPI when your order arrives (on orders up to ₹2,000). Online payment by UPI and card is coming soon.

Yes. All prices include GST, and every delivered order comes with a GST invoice you can download from your account.

Yes, free of charge until it's packed, from My account. Once an order is packed or out for delivery it can't be cancelled, because chilled products can't be restocked.

For food safety we can't take back products that arrive in good condition. If something is damaged, wrong, missing or expired, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it. Your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it; UPI refunds are often faster.

Keep them refrigerated and enjoy them before the date on the pack. Orders travel in insulated packaging so they arrive cold.
