We deliver to selected areas of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Enter your pincode at checkout to see whether we deliver to you. Because our drinks must stay chilled, we don't ship outside our delivery areas.

• You choose a delivery slot at checkout, and we deliver within that slot.
• Delivery times are estimates. If there's a delay, for example because of heavy rain or traffic, we'll let you know by phone, SMS or email.

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown on the site are delivered free. A minimum order value may apply.

• Orders travel in insulated packaging to keep them cold.
• Please refrigerate your drinks as soon as they arrive and enjoy them before the date on the pack.

• Someone needs to be available to receive the order during your slot. Our delivery partner may call the phone number on your order.
• If we can't reach you, we'll contact you to arrange another slot. Because the products are perishable, an order that can't be delivered after reasonable attempts may be cancelled, with a refund of the product amount.

You can follow your order's status in your account, and we'll send updates when it's confirmed, out for delivery and delivered.
